Prepaid Card Orders

• There will be a one-time only Holiday Prepaid Card order this year. Orders due by  Wednesday, December 6th.
• The PTA purchases prepaid gift cards at discounts of up to 16%
• Buy the cards at face value and receive full value at the merchant. 

• Drop off Order form with payment at the JSIS Front Desk, send in child’s homework folder or email to Laura at lhleahy@hotmail.com.
• Cards can be sent home in backpacks, delivered to your door, or picked up at the JSIS Front Desk on Friday, December 15th (8-9am).
• Every December, there is a Giving Tree in the JSIS lobby so that you can donate holiday presents to families in need. You can also donate any denomination on this Holiday Prepaid Gift Card order form , and we will purchase $25 Safeway cards for these families.
