Have you paid your school supply fee for this year?
There is a $40 classroom supply fee per student which covers the full school year. Purchasing school supplies is easier than ever! In an effort to save parents time and money and enable our teachers to buy their preferred items at bulk rates, the JSIS PTSA provides parents with a bulk purchasing program for shared classroom supplies.
More details about the school supplies program and the payment process can be found here.

Powered by You--JSIS 5 Hour Pledge
We ask that every family donate at least 5 volunteer hours per year to support our school. If every family participates we can put on community events, create new programs and sustain current programs.
Volunteer Application. Please fill out and bring to the Main Office.
Background Check (WATCH) form. Please fill out and bring it and your driver's license to the Main Office.
Volunteer Handbook. You only need to print the "Volunteer Agreement" (page 18-19) and bring that into the Main Office.
Adult Sexual Misconduct Prevention Video. When the quiz is completed, the volunteer is able to print a certificate that states they completed the training and bring it into the School's Main Office.
All SPS Volunteer Information can be found here.
New class-specific distribution lists have been created for teachers and Room Reps to use. You should be receiving e-mails from these groups during the first week of school. Addresses were taken from the school directory. If your information is not listed or you need to make changes or updates, please contact your new Room Rep.
