Marisa Keller, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist and the parent of a 1st grader in the Japanese program at JSIS. Marisa works as the Clinical Director at a mental health treatment program called THIRA Health and is a faculty member at UW. Marisa has specialized in working with families across the lifespan, from pregnant and postpartum folks, to children and adolescents and their families, to adults of all ages, and has particular expertise in treating emotion dysregulation, high risk behaviors, and associated problems like depression, anxiety, PTSD and disordered eating from a cognitive behavioral perspective. She is passionate about the intersection of evidence based treatment and anti-oppressive psychology and enjoys teaching, training and supervising the next generation of clinicians.

Sam is the principal of JSIS with many years of managing whole child education in the class and at the school level.
