How can I contribute to Juan de la Barrera?

Please purchase tickets for this year’s raffle– the grand prize will be $500, $200 Amazon Card and a Chateau Ste. Michele Mystery Wine Case!! Profits from La Fiesta, including the raffle, go towards improvement projects and classroom supplies for our sister school, Juan de la Barrera in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This year’s contributions will go towards paving dirt areas around the school.

The grade that sells the most raffle tickets will win a Piñata Party!

Who is Juan de la Barrera and why do we support them?

For more than 15 years, JSIS families have visited our sister school during mid-winter break. This trip is open to all John Stanford students and their families. Students attend a half-day of classes while parents volunteer, either in the classroom or helping to improve the school grounds and infrastructure. In the past years we have cleaned, painted exterior walls and classrooms, organized areas, and planted gardens. The funds gathered during La Fiesta have allowed the construction of a roofed play area and for the purchase of school supplies.
